National Educational Association of Disabled Students
A consumer organization, with a mandate to encourage the self-empowerment of post-secondary students with disabilities. Their site maintains links to over 100 Canadian colleges and universities who provide online information on services to students with disabilities/special needs, and they also offer a directory of financial assistance programs for post-secondary students with disabilities. They've also just started a mailing list (neads-l).
