Attached is a copy of �It�s Your Call,� the research report on the 2004 HRSDC Call for Proposal process funded under the United Way Social Research Initiative.

With the publication of this report, its release today at the Ralph Thornton Centre, its posting on the CSPC-T and other partner websites, and a brief article in the April CSPC-T E-Bulletin on the report launch and its availability on the CSPC-T website, the Council has concluded its responsibilities under the funding agreement with the United Way.

In addition, the Council will be circulating the report to a variety of government and other decision-makers, and its partners in this project (OCASI, ONESTEP, ACTEW, OAYEC, and TNC) have indicated their intent to use this document to further their collective advocacy work for positive change to the relationship between funders and community organizations. Other individual organizations, such as the Learning Enrichment Foundation, have indicated similar plans. The findings of the report will certainly also inform the ongoing work of the Community Social Services Campaign.
